The plain version: we collect your email address when you ask for the Doctor Visit Kit or the weekly letter, we use it to send you those things, and that's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it beyond the services that make this site run. Unsubscribe anytime, and every email has the link.

What we collect

When you request the Doctor Visit Kit or sign up for the weekly letter, we collect the email address you give us (and your first name, if you share it). That's the only information this site asks for. There are no accounts, no payments, and no forms beyond that one.

Where it lives

Our email list is stored with Kit (kit.com), the service that sends our emails. Our site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (things like IP address and pages visited) for a short time as part of running any website. We don't run ad trackers, and we don't currently use analytics tools. If that changes, this page will change first.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies of its own. The signup form is provided by Kit and may use its own functional cookies to make the form work.

How we use your email

To send you what you asked for: the kit, and one short letter each week. No spam, no selling your address, no sharing it with anyone except the service providers named above, who need it to deliver the email.

Leaving is easy

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're out, no questions, no guilt trip. You can also email us and we'll remove you by hand.

Your rights

Want to know what we have about you (it's your email address), correct it, or have it deleted? Email us and we'll do it. Depending on where you live, you may have formal legal rights to access, correction, and deletion — we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is written for adults and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.

Because we have to — this is not medical advice and always consult your provider before making changes to your healthcare routine.
